Things I’ve Learned in Therapy

I’ve decided to write about therapy today. I was blowing my nose in the bathroom just now and the title popped into my head: ‘Things I’ve Learned In Therapy’. I don’t even know whether I’ve mentioned it on here before, but yes: I have been having regular therapy for around six months now, and taking Citalopram – an antidepressant and anti-anxiety medication – for around four.
